David W. Ammons - Owner and Principal of R.L.A, Inc.
Worked in all aspects of Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community, served as Executive Director from 1991-1996 and continues today in a part-time role as CEO overseeing all of the operations. Has been lead in development of Mars Hill Retirement Community an assisted living community in Mars Hill, North Carolina and in the development as well as a consulting role at Blakey Hall an Assisted Living community in Elon College. Helen Rhoades - Vice President of Development
Helen Rhoades has worked in the retirement community industry from 1997 until present at Retirement Living Associates, Inc.  Helen has had long term experience with coordinating startup operations in the retirement community industry.  Helen has had a role in the startup operations of each community RLA oversees while implementing policy and guideline procedures.  She has also researched senior healthcare trends applicable to retirement communities to utilize in her role at RLA.  Helen has also developed marketing tools for each community RLA, Inc. oversees to be implemented into sales and strategy programs.  You may contact Helen at: helen@rlainc.com.

Kyle W. Dilday - Vice President of Management/Operations

Kyle Dilday has worked in the long term care industry since 1982 and served as nursing home administrator in free-standing nursing facilities for 5 years of that time, until his employment in 1987 in the continuing care retirement field with SpringmoorLife Care Retirement Community. He has experience as a nursing home administrator as well as Associate Director at Springmoor prior to becoming the Executive Director where he served from 1996-2008. Past experience in the management of nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and continuing care facilities allows Kyle to bring years of knowledge regarding management and operations in the area of longterm care and retirement to RLA. In his role as VP of Management/Operations, Kyle works with the Executive Directors/Administrators of the facilities managed by RLA to assure continued superior quality services are provided to the residents they serve. Mr. Ammons was the developer and contractor for Springmoor. He has over 30 years experience in building, real estate, and development-ranging from single family homes in Raleigh, to Springmoor, to various communities on the North Carolina coast.
